We currently offer both local pick-up and shipping within Canada.

Local Pick-Up

Pick-up is available by appointment at the Pooni Group office:

Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you by email to confirm a pick-up time and provide access details.

Shipping Policy

All cards are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in mint condition.

Flat rate shipping: $5 anywhere in Canada
Free shipping on orders over $75
Orders ship within 3–5 business days
Tracking is included with all shipments

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of sports cards, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll review and do our best to make it right.
